    <p>There are several reasons an application may not work as expected.</p>

    <p>Most AEN application issues can be resolved by following these steps:</p>
    <ol class="arabic simple">
    <li>Refresh the page.</li>
    <li>If the issue is not resolved, close and open the application.</li>
    <li>If the issue is not resolved, <a class="reference internal" href="basic-tasks/projects/start-stop-project.html"><span class="doc">stop and restart your project</span></a>.</li>
    <li>If the issue is not resolved, check that you are using the latest version of your web browser&#8212;Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.</li>
    <li>Log out of AEN.</li>
    <li>Restart your browser, and log back in.</li>
